Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) hosted the Odyssey Buddies Jamboree 2024, with a key focus on environmental sustainability. One of the program’s highlights was a hands-on workshop on treating polluted river water using EM mudballs, demonstrating how effective microorganisms can benefit the environment and be applied in everyday life.
The workshop was led by A/Prof. Dr. Norahim Ibrahim in collaboration with EMRO Malaysia on 11 September 2024. Over 60 participants from buddies associations across various public and private universities joined the session, producing 600 EM mudballs.
Participants rolled up their sleeves, reconnected with nature, and contributed directly to sustainable environmental practices! 😍🌏🌱🌿
